【摘要】:Thechoiceofpigmentsandextendersinfluencestheappearance,durability,cost,andotherpropertiesofpaint.Thistestmethodisaconvenientway,andprobablythemostreliable,toidentifypigmentsinpaint.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheidentificationofcrystallinepigmentsandextendersinliquidpaintanddrypaintfilm.Itisapplicabletobothwater-reducibleandsolvent-reduciblepaint.Italsomaybeusedtoidentifypigmentandextenderingrindpasteoraloneasdrypowder.Itisnotapplicabletoamorphouscomponentssuchascarbonblack,amorphoussilica,orhighlyprocessedclay.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecifichazardstatementsaregiveninSection6.

【摘要】:Neutronradiationeffectsareconsideredinthedesignoflight-watermoderatednuclearpowerreactors.Changesinsystemoperatingparametersmaybemadethroughouttheservicelifeofthereactortoaccountfortheseeffects.Asurveillanceprogramisusedtomeasurechangesinthepropertiesofactualvesselmaterialsduetotheirradiationenvironment.Thispracticedescribesthecriteriathatshouldbeconsideredinevaluatingsurveillanceprogramtestcapsules.Priortothefirstissuedateofthisstandard,thedesignofsurveillanceprogramsandthetestingofsurveillancecapsuleswerebothcoveredinasinglestandard,PracticeE185.Betweenitsprovisionaladoptionin1961anditsreplacementlinkedtothisstandard,PracticeE185wasrevisedmanytimes(1966,1970,1973,1979,1982,1993and1998).Therefore,capsulesfromsurveillanceprogramsthatweredesignedandimplementedunderearlyversionsofthestandardwereoftentestedaftersubstantialchangestothestandardhadbeenadopted.Forclarity,thestandardpracticeforsurveillanceprogramshasbeendividedintothenewPracticeE185thatcoversthedesignofnewsurveillanceprogramsandthisstandardpracticethatcoversthetestingandevaluationofsurveillancecapsules.ModificationstothestandardtestprogramandsupplementaltestsaredescribedinGuideE636.Thisstandardpracticeisintendedtocovertestingandevaluationofalllight-watermoderatedreactorpressurevesselsurveillancecapsules.ThepracticeisapplicabletotestingofcapsulesfromsurveillanceprogramsdesignedandimplementedunderallpreviousversionsofPracticeE185.Theradiation-inducedchangesinthepropertiesofthevesselaregenerallymonitoredbymeasuringtheCharpyindextemperatures,theCharpyupper-shelfenergyandthetensilepropertiesofspecimensfromthesurveillanceprogramcapsules.Thesignificanceoftheseradiation-inducedchangesisdescribedinPracticeE185.TheapplicationofthisdataisthesubjectofGuideE900andotherdocumentslistedinSection2.Alternativemethodsexistfortestingsurveillancecapsulematerials.SomesupplementalandalternativetestingmethodsareavailableasindicatedinGuideE636.DirectmeasurementofthefracturetoughnessisalsofeasibleusingtheToReferenceTemperaturemethoddefinedinTestMethodE1921orJ-integraltechniquesdefinedinTestMethodE1820.Additionally,hardnesstestingcanbeusedtosupplementstandardmethodsasameansofmonitoringtheradiationresponseofthematerials.ThemethodologytobeusedintheanalysisandinterpretationofneutrondosimetrydataandthedeterminationofneutronfluenceisdefinedinPracticeE853.GuideE900describesthebasesusedtoevaluatetheradiation-inducedchangesinCharpytransitiontemperatureforreactorvesselmaterialsandprovides......
