【摘要】:TestMethodD2052isusefulfortestingtodetermineifthedegreeofalterationinshadeissatisfactoryfortheintendedend-useandfordeterminingifunacceptablestainingofcolorintoadjacentfabricwilloccur.Note18212;Forguidanceinevaluatingtheresultsofthistestmethod,refertoPracticeD3692.Thistestmethodisconsideredsatisfactoryforacceptancetestingofcommercialshipmentsbecausethemethodhasbeenusedextensivelyinthetradeforacceptancetesting.Iftherearedifferencesofpracticalsignificancebetweenreportedtestresultsfortwolaboratories(ormore),comparativetestsshouldbeperformedtodetermineiftheirisastatisticalbiasbetweenthem,usingcompetentstatisticalassistance.Asaminimum,thetestsamplesshouldbeusedthatareashomogeneousaspossible,thataredrawnfromthematerialfromwhichthedisparatetestresultswereobtained,andthatarerandomlyassignedinequalnumberstoeachlaboratoryfortesting.Othermaterialswithestablishedtestvaluesmaybeusedforthispurpose.Thetestresultsfromthetwolaboratoriesshouldbecomparedusingastatisticaltestforunpaireddata,atprobabilitylevelchosenpriortothetestingseries.Ifabiasisfound,eitheritscausemustbefoundandcorrected,orfuturetestresultsmustbeadjustedinconsiderationoftheknownbias.Themethod(s)inthisstandardalongwiththoseinTestMethodsD2051,D2053,D2054,D2057,D2058,D2059,D2060,D2061,andD2062areacollectionofprovenzippertestmethods.Theycanbeusedasaidsintheevaluationofzipperswithouttheneedforathoroughknowledgeofzippers.Theenumeratedtestmethodsdonotprovidefortheevaluationofallzipperproperties.Besidesthosepropertiesmeasuredbymeansoftheenumeratedtestmethodsthereareotherpropertiesthatmaybeimportantforthesatisfactoryperformanceofazipper.Testmethodsformeasuringthosepropertieshavenotbeenpublishedeitherbecausenopracticalmethodshaveyetbeendevelopedorbecauseavalidevaluationoftheinformationresultingfromexistingunpublishedmethodsrequiresanintimateandthoroughknowledgeofzippers.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofchangeinshadeandofstainingofzipperstringersunderdrycleaningconditions.Thistestmethodisapplicabletothetextileportionofzipperstringersofallmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasthestandard.Withinthetext,theinch-poundunitsareshowninparentheses.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththistestmethod.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyproblemsassociatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusest......
