【摘要】:ThepurposeofthispartofIEC61300istodescribeatesttodeterminethesuitabilityofafibreopticdevicetowithstandtheenvironmentalconditionofhighhumidityandchangeoftemperaturewhichmayoccurinactualuse,storageand/ortransport.Thetestisprimarilyintendedtodeterminethesuitabilityoffibreopticcomponentsunderconditionsofhighhumidity-combinedwithcyclictemperaturechangesand,ingeneral,producingcondensationonthesurfaceofthespecimen.Absorptionofmoisturemayresultinswellingthatwoulddestroyfunctionalutility,causelossofphysicalstrength,andcausechangesinotherimportantmechanicalproperties.Degradationofopticalpropertiesmayalsooccur.Althoughnotnecessarilyintendedasasimulatedtropicaltest,thistestcan,nevertheless,beusefulindeterminingmoistureabsorptionofinsulatingorcoveringmaterials.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthemethodformeasuringthenoiseemission,whichisasignificanthazardofrefusecollectionvehicles(RCVs).Itsgoalistoobtain,ononehand,theemissionsoundpressurelevelattheoperator’sposition(s)and,ontheotherhand,thesoundpowerleveloftheRCVduringwastecollection.ItspecifiesastandardizedprocedureformeasurementandlatercomparisonofRCVsnoiseemission,consistingoffouroperatingconditions:chassisoperation,compactionoperation,lifting,tiltingandloweringoperationofacontaineranddumpingofspecifiedwasteintotheRCV.Togetherwithinformationconcerningotherparameters,thetestresultsobtainedinaccordancewiththisstandardarealsoapplicabletotheevaluationofthehazardsgeneratedbynoisefromRCVs.Thisstandardaddressestheuncertaintiesduetomeasurementprocedures.ThisstandarddealswiththenoisemeasurementconditionsforthetypesofRCVsdefinedanddescribedinthestandardsoftheEN1501series.
