【摘要】:Thispartofthestandardestablishesasystemofdesignationforfluoropolymermaterialsthatmaybeusedasthebasisforspecifications.Itcoversthehomopolymersandvariouscopolymersoffluoromonomersusedasdispersionsandformoulding,extrusion,andotherspecializedapplications.Thispartdescribesthedesignationsystemandprovidescodesandtablesofvaluesforthedesignatoryproperties.Thedesignationsystemisapplicablebothtoconventionalthermoplasticfluoropolymers,processedbyvarioustechniques,andthosematerialsthatareprocessedbytheuniqueoperationsrequiredforthenon-conventionalthermoplasticpolytetrafluoroethylene.Thematerialsincludeboththefluorocarbonpolymersandthevariousotherfluoropolymersasvirginpolymersorprocessedforreuseorrecycling.Thispartofthestandardalsoincludesanextensionofthedesignationsystemthatprovidesabasisforspecificationofthematerials.Thisbasisforspecificationmaybeusedtopreparespecificationsrelatedtowelldefinedapplications.Asexplainedinclause5,thesespecificationswillusedatablocks1to4and,ifnecessary,datablock5asacomplement,thelast-mentioneddatablockcontainingthespecificrequirementsinrelationtotheapplication.Fluoroelastomersarespecificallyexcluded.
